Which plan should I start with?
Start free on Aarambh — 3 suite credits, one AURA inbox, one ORBIT event type and 3 SEAL documents. Upgrade when a limit starts to pinch; your data carries over unchanged.
What happens at checkout?
You sign in (or create an account), confirm the plan, and pay — through Razorpay for INR (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets) or PayPal for USD. Your plan opens the moment payment is confirmed.
Is GST included for Indian customers?
Yes. INR prices are GST-inclusive and your invoice carries the GST breakdown.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes — yearly billing saves 10% versus paying monthly. To switch cycles, choose the plan on the new cycle at checkout or write to us and we'll sort the transition.
What if I outgrow Chakra?
Chakra already includes unlimited users, but if you have bespoke needs — volume, procurement, invoicing — email support@aivedha.io and we'll put a custom agreement together.
What's your refund policy?
14 days, for unused paid periods — first purchases and renewals alike. Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the paid period. Details are in our refund policy.
