What's inside
Everything SEAL does
Multi-party signing
Route one document to any number of signers, in a strict sequence or all at once, with per-signer fields.
Reusable templates
Turn recurring documents — NDAs, offers, contracts — into templates with pre-placed fields and send them in seconds.
Rich field types
Signature, initials, name, date, text and checkbox fields, dropped precisely where they belong on the PDF.
Audit trail & certificate
Every envelope records who viewed and signed, when and from where — sealed with a signing certificate on completion.
Notifications & reminders
Signers are emailed automatically at each step, and pending recipients can be nudged with one click.
Team workspaces
Share templates and completed documents across your team with folders that keep everything findable.
Signing API & webhooks
Create envelopes and react to signature events programmatically on Business plans — signatures inside your own product flows.
How it works
SEAL, in three steps
Upload your document
Add a PDF or pick a template, then place signature, date and text fields for each recipient.
Add recipients
Choose signers and viewers, set the signing order, and SEAL emails each person a secure signing link.
Signed, sealed, archived
Everyone gets the completed document; the audit trail and signing certificate stay attached to the envelope.
Also included
One subscription, all three
Your plan already carries the other two products — nothing extra to buy.
Fair questions
What teams ask about SEAL
Are SEAL signatures legally binding?
Electronic signatures are legally recognised in most jurisdictions — including under India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and similar frameworks elsewhere. Every SEAL envelope carries a tamper-evident audit trail and signing certificate to support enforceability. For specific documents, check the rules that apply to your document type and jurisdiction.
How many people can sign one document?
Multiple recipients per envelope, each with their own fields, signing in the order you set — sequential or parallel.
What file types can I send?
PDF documents. Most word processors export to PDF, and templates let you reuse a prepared PDF endlessly.
What does the free plan include?
The Aarambh free plan includes 3 e-sign documents so you can run a real signing flow end-to-end before paying anything.
Where are my documents stored?
Documents are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in cloud object storage in our AWS environment. You can download completed envelopes with their certificates at any time.
