What's inside
Everything ORBIT does
Booking pages
Personal and team scheduling links your clients can book without creating an account. Share one URL, get confirmed meetings.
Calendar sync
Two-way sync with Google Calendar, Outlook and CalDAV keeps availability truthful and double-bookings impossible.
Round-robin & collective events
Distribute inbound meetings fairly across a team, or require multiple hosts to be free at once for panel calls.
Reminders & workflows
Automatic email confirmations, reminders and follow-ups cut no-shows without anyone lifting a finger.
Buffers, limits & timezones
Protect focus time with buffers, daily booking limits and minimum notice. Invitees always see slots in their own timezone.
Embeds
Drop your booking flow straight into your website as an inline embed, popup or floating button.
Routing forms
Ask qualifying questions first and route each booking to the right person or event type on Business plans.
How it works
ORBIT, in three steps
Connect your calendar
Link Google, Outlook or CalDAV calendars. ORBIT reads busy times and writes confirmed bookings back.
Define your event types
Create meeting types with durations, buffers, limits and the hosts or round-robin pools behind them.
Share one link
Send your booking page or embed it on your site. Invitees pick a slot; reminders and calendar invites are automatic.
Also included
One subscription, all three
Your plan already carries the other two products — nothing extra to buy.
Fair questions
What teams ask about ORBIT
Do invitees need an account to book?
No. Booking pages are public — invitees pick a time, fill in their details and get a calendar invite. Only hosts need an Aivedha account.
Which calendars can I connect?
Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and any CalDAV-compatible calendar. Sync is two-way: busy slots hide automatically and new bookings are written back.
How does round-robin scheduling work?
Add several hosts to one event type and ORBIT distributes incoming bookings across them based on availability, so load stays balanced.
Can I put booking on my own website?
Yes — inline embeds, popups and floating buttons are supported with a small snippet. Your page, your branding, ORBIT underneath.
Is ORBIT a Cal.com or Calendly alternative?
ORBIT covers the scheduling core those tools are known for — booking pages, calendar sync, team routing, reminders and embeds — and it ships inside one Aivedha subscription together with support (AURA) and e-signatures (SEAL).
